SEALCOATING
Sealcoating is a preventative maintenance measure, similar to how you'd paint a home to keep weather from deteriorating the wood. You may not notice it at first, but years of neglect can lead to costly repairs.
Sealcoating protects asphalt from severe weather, damaging UV rays, and fluid from vehicles such as gas, oil and other liquids. Not only is sealcoating the preferred way to protect your asphalt, but the dark black color of newly applied sealer improves the appearance and value of your property.
CRACK FILLING
Crack filling asphalt is important to extend the life of your surface. General wear, heavy vehicles, snowplows, salt, car fluids, moisture, and vegetation can cause further damage if not tended to immediately. This yearly cycle repeats itself and tends to go unnoticed. When cracks start appearing, action must be taken as soon as possible to halt further damage. Rubberized crack filler is applied hot or cold, hot application being the industry standard.
ASPHALT REPAIR
Asphalt repair is the cost effective way to restore damaged asphalt. In some cases, certain sections of a parking lot or driveway may be compromised compared to the rest of the area. This could be caused by a deteriorated base, drainage issues, tree roots or settling water. We can provide repairs in instances potholes, web cracking, uneven areas, and garage and street aprons.
STRIPING / PAINTING
Lot striping is done according to customer needs, along with local codes and ADA requirements. We can maximize your space, and direct traffic flow to meet you needs.
